Just wondering what all you have to do and cost related to owning a SBR and then having it supressed in Texas. May think this is dumb but just starting to get into this stuff.

Rearranged order in which to do things. You always want that engraving done before you send off a form 1. If the engraved messes up you've wasted 6 months and a $200. I've had a lower ruined before.Originally posted by kbscobravert View PostPurchase/create trust

See the Forming a Trust sticky above. If you have any questions past that regarding a Trust send me a PM and I will see what I can help you with. I am not a lawyer so I can not offer legal advice but I did stay at a Holiday Inn once.Originally posted by Quadforce View Postexactly what is create trust mean ?Last edited by KBScobravert; 08-24-2012, 08:21 AM.Fuck you. In that list should we also add "when form 1 returns" to the "buy short barrel and the rest of your parts"? I could be wrong but don't we need to have that back before we have the parts with that whole intent to build thing? Didn't wanna steer this guy the wrong wayOriginally posted by CJ View PostRearranged order in which to do things. You always want that engraving done before you send off a form 1. Yes you need to have the stamp in hand, OR you can build the lower as a pistol while you are waiting.....Originally posted by bottlerocket View PostIn that list should we also add "when form 1 returns" to the "buy short barrel and the rest of your parts"? Name of the mfg ( ie: trust name) and city, state the trust is in. There are also minimum size and depth requirements.Originally posted by Mustangfreak View PostWhat all do we need to have engraved on the lower, and where on the lower?
Location must be in a easily visible area of the firearm without disassembly.
