How to polish a stainless revolver?

On my 686 I used Mothers mag polish and t-shirt rags. Flitz works really well

A can of never dull would do wonders for it. But some metal polish paste and a dremel polish wheel would do nicely as well.

I have a pair of abalone grips for a full frame 1911 if anybody wants to ball out of control

i started with the wadding polish, and it really cleaned the already clean pistol. i wanted more though. grabbed a can of mothers mag and aluminum polish, some towels and some microfiber cloths. now we are getting somewhere!! it looks great. i am sure i will ruin it, but now gonna hit it with more polish and a dremel or put it on the wheel. man it really is looking good, thanks for the info gents. and yes im still too dumb to post pics
