Unfortunately the the restriction of ammunition sales is not considered infringement (or a ban) as is still allows you to possess, and fabricate. It just restricts the right of corporations to import and sell. It also doesnt infringe on the 2A as it allows ownership of the evil weapons (and high cap mags).
