Doesnt that mean they have been demilled .. powder primer and bullets pulled... re manufactured with commercial components?

Pretty much the standard for the last 5 months at any store I've bought from- Walmart, Academy, Sports Authority...

You can buy 5 boxes of each at Cabela's. The last 2 weeks I've gone in there several times and they've been steadily getting in some ammo, powder, primers, and projectiles.

Found out why they have so much ammo. You can only buy ONE box for each caliber. Brand doesn't matter. Per caliber.
