Gander Mountain in Sherman. Had .40 and a crap load of .45.

5.56, .38, more .40 in the back on the wall behind the pistol cabinets.

Guys behind the counter also said the "ammo truck" comes every Thursday and they put it on the shelf at 9am. He also said to get there around 7-7:30am as about 9am there's a line of about 50 people.

WWB .40 100rnd was $45. Fiocchi 5.56 20round was $9.99.

Not the best, but better than others. Best Pawn in Sherman was selling some off brand of .223 20round for $15.

Walmart on Tarrant Pkwy and Beach has about 30 boxes each of the TulAmmo 223, 7.62x39, .40 SW in stock. Also had Federal .40SW and American Eagle 223 in stock. Sucks that they limit you to 3 boxes total.

^^^thats my neck of the woods^^^theres a guy that works the gun counter there and has a friend who owns/runs runs another gun store in burleson, and let me tell you there is some shady things going on there.one time i seen those two take a whole cart of something from the back of the store, ring it up at the cash register (not sure what it was), then help the guy to his car. the next day i needed to find some 25 ACP, went to a gun store, and they had boxes and boxes of 223. HUGE STACKS OF THEM.SAME GUY that bought it at academy was working the counter at the gun store... it was Monarch 223, and thats academys brand...its just repackaged tulammo russian steel case garbage... 6.99 at academy... 19.99 at that place. Same thing with their 7.62x39. I told the guy that it sucked that academy was selling to other gun stores, and left. a few days later, they were selling it boxless,only wrapped in the factory brown paper with a price scribbled in sharpie. I know times are tough, and its hard for gun store to acquire ammo from suppliers, but man theres gotta be another way than acts of shadyness...
