Both sides of the story are fine to me. I've followed a drunk driver (after he nearly sideswiped me) until the cops got there. I could also see being scared if I was being followed for miles by some unknown person. That's a tough one.

Did you try to play Captain Save a Community by attempting to show your CHL badge and stopping said drunk driver? I am all about reporting and following, but becoming that involved is fucking stupid.
