How many of you would open carry?

Don't know. Id guess at no, but you could argue it either way. Even though its registered as one form, when you alter the physical characteristic only then you know the true nature of the weapon and not an LEO etc.

So in other words, you might be able to beat the wrap but not the ride.

Im for it so that if you flash a gun there is no issue, like if your shirt comes up, etc. I would continue to CC either way.

ditto....although I might be more inclined to wear a shoulder holster. Harder for someone to take your firearm and a quicker draw than concealed under a loose shirt.

Eliminate the BS for printing or accidental showing of Concealed weapons and I am good with that.

In DFW, concealed is the only way to go. I could maybe see myself in open carry if I was working in the yard or just going to a drive thru or something.

It's legal for you to open carry on your private property.. So you can do that working in the yard right now.

I would like the option just so that I could wear an OWB holster and go to the store with a light jacket. While it would be mostly concealed, anytime I moved about it would be somewhat visible. Lazy gun hiding at its best!

We were referring to HB299. Which protects a person unwilling prints or accidentally shows a concealed handgun from charges being filed.

5.11 are comfortable and functional as it can get. You wouldn't believe how many times you'll end up utilizing many, if not all of the pockets. I'm not even in Theater anymore. I'm wearing that stuff on my days off, shopping with the family, etc.

Think about all the computer gadgets you can carry

yep, i wear it pretty much everywhere. Comfortable, light, and functional.

I honestly would carry OWB with a shirt draped over and not worried if concealed or not.
