Most of those parts are small and can be bought over time, you just need an armorers tool and maybe a punch set to assemble the upper right? I would go free float as I absolutely hate delta ring assemblies.

Low Profile, usually it's two hex screws with red loctite for me.

You're set then. I'm debating or not whether I want to pick up another AR15 lower. PSA has blems in stock right now, along with LPK's and buffer tube kits...
