So u guys were right. I picked up a iwb today. I have to say it ain't bad. With the right position it feels good. I think it hides the .45 nicley. I do have to say, I will definitly need a better belt.
LOL, people either really hate it or really like it...There is no in between. I think it looks awesome, but hey, thats me. If you think this is hideous you should see my Hi-Points:-)
I don't have any real input on top of what's been dragged out in this thread already, but I just wanted to quote this post so all you bastards can see this ugly mother fucker again.

get a crossbreed style holster. A ton of companies make them (crossbreed, comptac, Shepard's gun leather, white hat) and they have the smallest footprint. The kydex is molded specifically for your gun so no worries about fitment. Buy one with the most adjustability you can find so you can make it work for you otherwise you'll be stuck with the stock cant and ride depth. Buy a gun belt like a 5.11 or Blackhawk for relatively cheap and you are set. Its hard not to like those holsters if they are set up to your prefences.
Crossbreed's seconds website has a bunch of really great belts for little money.

So where is good place too try some better holsters? Too see how it fits with my gun before I buy it.
Just like the rest of us, you will end up with a box in your closet full of holsters you dislike for various reasons. You won't carry them, you won't know anyone that has the same pistol, and you won't take .25 cents on the dollar for them so they will sit there.
