What kind of shop was it? Small retail store, or just a hole in the wall place with a window to give part#'s for?

It was just off the main road in a small industrial complex. There were rows of buildings and many different businesses. The showroom it self was very small and plain; I would say 10' deep and 40' wide. There was plenty of staff available to help and they had a row of computers set up. You could browse their site and choose in-store pick up. After paying, my order was ready and brought up in less than 5 minutes.

I ordered a couple of the PA microdots they had on sale on thanksgiving, had a tracking by about noon on black friday.

Had I not already paid for shipping I would have gladly had you pick up my order, but oh well it's on it's way to my work so I get to examine them the moment it comes in.
