I just did my homework on this same situation and skipped over the 223 suppressor all together. I wound up purchasing a thunder beast arms 30p-1 for a 300blk build. It is a 30 cal can. There are tons of reviews and videos of it out there. It seems to be a very solid choice. My next can will be in .45

My biggest mistake was buying a can for every caliber gun. Definitely get something most universal to you. At least someone made some money.
