    freakn mossberg 500 safety is kickn my ass!!

    RANT ON!!!
    WHO THE FUCK DESIGNED THIS SAFETY?!?!
    I'm trying to rebuild my 500 safety and can't get the damn
    thing together. Too much pressure on the screw and the safety doesn't budge. Too little and it falls out of the detent. Talk about frustrating!!!! Sighhhhhh. Any suggestions? I have searched the interwebs and can't find a straight forward solution.

    And don't get me started on how much time I've spent on the floor looking for this impossible to replace detent ball.....

    The mossberg safety is just plain gay... Design and location is stupid. 870 and any other damn rifle/shotgun is where its at. My rant is now off.
