    Felt crowded to me at first too. I got used to mine and couldn't imagine going back to the A2.

    Could not resist and went out and grabbed a Hogue grip today and just installed it. Initially it just feels a little more crowded for my fingers - but it is softer and feels like it would be a little more solid grip-wise.

    It does seem a little nicer then stock (although I think stock looks better), but I'll know better after shooting a bunch.

    Hogue also makes a grip plug for their grips. Holds a few different types of batteries and such.

    sorry, didnt mean tto make it sound like i was selling all my mags, jus going to get rid of a few of them to soap if he still needs them afetr i get back from deployment. however, i plan on getting a 6.8mm flat top carbine of some sort so i wont need the 5.56 mags anymore, i will post a thread when that time arrives

    It's really easy, took me all of 2 minutes. There's a fairly large straight slot screw inside the grip (when you look through the opening at the bottom.

    I prefer the MIAD over the hogue. But a Hogue is better than the A2.
