LC9 vs. M&P SHIELD...

Hell yes it is! Recently bought a LC9s and really like it. Trigger is excellent and pleased with the accuracy.

I just got a shield and its a good shooter but the trigger is heavy. 6 plus pounds.

The xds is sold in a essentials package now as well. Around 400-450 i bet. I got the shield for 375 plus tax for my area i felt was a fair price.

I owned a old xd 3 inch subcompact and it was awesome just to thick. Now that ive been a 1911 guy i like a thumb saftey so i got the shield.

Sweet baby Jesus its a carry gun. 6lb trigger is heavy? My wife carries one and hasn't said a word about the pull weight.

The past few guns ive had where 1911s so its taken a little adjustment. Not a bash on the gun at all.

Awhile back I bought my ex a lc9 to carry when they were first released. I absolutely hated it but she loved it.

That's all due to the striker-fired mechanism...

and you also said that the lc9s was "sweet and small" over the lc9 - they are the same gun on the outside...

I know same on the outside not on the inside...it feels good over the shield...but im down with .40 over 9

40 SHIELD w/Covert Carriers are good. I guess I should've added Glock 42...bothered me those were in the same price range.
