I'm all for the 2nd. I was in the Navy for 10 years. I agree with damn near everyone on this board on this issue. OC TX made most gun owners look pretty damn irresponsible. We are lucky it passed or is passing at all.

Honestly by the 2nd amendment, we should be educating people and trying to get laws that infringe on our Constitutional rights repealed.

The really bad thing about OC is that without educating people and in this current environment it pretty much just scares the shit out of the uneducated. That isn't exactly a good thing. We need better education in this country and then we can repeal stupid laws that should never have been passed in the first place.

Hey guys, I found this thread on google. Anyways, I am a local open carry supporter and member of OC Texas. I dont know why you hate Mr. Watkins (a great man and true american, unlike some of you punks).

I also dont get why you wont open carry. The best way to stop threats is to have a gun visible, but you dumbasses dont seem to understand basic logic. Whatever, but dont slander Watkins (a true patriot actually fighting for our rights).

Kory Watkins is nothing more than a fedora hat wearing ass clown. He instigates situations to make himself out to be a martyr of sorts I guess...all in the name of "god given" rights to open carry a gun. Even though I do not recall those rights mentioned in the bible anywhere.

Kory will not respond to the story from the Star Telegram. He was asked on his YouTube channel but has not/will not respond. I guess he finally got ran out of Arlington/Mansfield area and is now harassing the Lone Oak/Quinlan communities to see his point of view and warped ideologies.

Chili has summed you up well. I never really paid attention to OC TX if I'm being honest. Your valuable input sure has solidified what I need to know about it though.

Remember, the general rule of thumb is that there are 10-15% extreme on either side of any issue. On this board most people are swayed towards supporting OC right up to being on the extreme 10-15% side. If on any board you'll have SOME supporters - it would be here. However, you're the worst fucking PR rep I ever laid eyes on.
