    Why? There has never been proof that second hand smoke causes any health problems. There has only been conjecture on that matter.

    FYI I am not a smoker and have benefited greatly because of the public smoking bans.

    This is logical.

    Whataburger has the right to say you cannot do "X" in their establishment.

    You have the right to not patronize their establishment based on whatever you want.
