So how come business get sued for refusing to serve gays (making caking, etc)
Is it legal for me to refuse service because someone is black or gay, etc?

Whataburger saying no to open carry, which although makes people mad, no one (almost) has said they don't have the right to do it.
Although with liberals being rabid about making sure they're rights are enforced by everyone, even if it is against their religion, I guess the argument could be made for similar treatment for this right to keep and bear arms.
The other is the people saying they don't like OC, the inference being that since they don't like the right, that it's okay if it's no longer a right.
People can walk and chew gum at the same time, and people can argue about two things at the same time.
