My opinion is the government can stay the fuck out of private business, regardless of the issue.

The people have the power, and if the business' practices are unpopular, we can choose to not spend our money there. Let the free market control their destiny, not the government and it's liberty-limiting powers.

Also, I never said that Whataburger shouldn't be able to, I just said it was stupid of them to go that route.
