What made you go with a 10mm?

I did not mean to imply that I only hunt with a 10mm. I have hunted with handguns since about 12 years old. Despite the claim that a 10mm is like a .41 mag I have found it to perform like a .357mag when hunting deer and I really like .357mag. Semi autos chambered .357mag are few and far between so I gravitated towards the 10mm. I also use .45 Colt, .44mag, .454 Casull (warning: don't use this caliber; ever) .357mag, .22lr, .38spl, .357sig and .357mag.

With a 10mm loading your own is the only way to go.



A highly modded Glock with a stock barrel will shoot the same as an out of the box stock one.

I agree but there are no stock glock parts in the upper of the BBQ 19.

Yeah 10-8 is the way to go. They actually make them specifically for that gun. I think the front is a smidgen higher. Plus they make them a little wider in back for us older people if you want. I have a sight tool and laser set up but it drove me nuts thinking they were off every time I changed a set.
