If built into a rifle first then it is a rifle always and can only be conveted short with a tax stamp

The big question is how do they know how a virgin receiver was first built I tell people to do their first build quickly after purchase into a pistol and document it well Pictures with time date stamps and such then rebuild how you want
helpful thanks for clarification on the law here.
damn gun laws are so confusing. I recall what you are saying now on so many other SBR threads ive read before.

so like with the above example, the guy did he perm mount that muzzle device to get a 16" barrel
so a reciever isn't stuck a pistol or rifle, it's more about having the correct legal requirements (length of barrel, stock, whatever) for that configuration?

I always thought for example you couldn't take a pistol lower (AR or whatever) and convert to rifle. or the opposite. So that is wrong then ?

could I take the example rifle above , remove perm flash hider and stock and whalla basically it's a draco again ? (then i would do the bullpup kit )

I mean hell if I'm going to pay 600 for a draco , might as well get more shit!
that way if i didnt like it I could use as a rifle instead.

If you build your own ak with a flat non bent receiver do you need to be 922r compliant? I ask because the AK receiver wont have a serial?

donations accepted ! I would even just like to shoot a roller lock mechanism gun! is the action pretty smooth or what? from a mechanical perspective I've always thought the roller delayed setups are cool.
