It's just not cutting it for the volume I do. Last night was the last straw, 4 hours forming 400rds of .300 blk brass, that's just too damn long. I have a Lyman power trimmer which I'll be selling off (if anyone is interested I'd part with it for $120) and upgrading to a faster process. I'm thinking about a Giraud trimmer. Anyone have any suggestions or seen any new products? I need a trimmer that can do very high volume, and I'm not interested in the Dillon trimmers - they are too noisy running the vacuum and I need it deburred as well.

Giruard is the only way to go when trimming brass in volume. I don't personally own one since most of the cartridges I shoot don't require much trimming besides the 22-250 which usually is only shot on 50-100 lot increments so trimming isn't too bad. That's one of the main reasons I don't have one but when preping brass in lots like you are it pays for itself. I hate trimming brass more than anything, enough that when my 22-250 barrel is burn out it will be rechamberd in 22-250AI fuck trimming brass."It's another burrito, it's a cold Lone Star in my hand!"Comment

It also FL sizes at the same process but what gets me is it pushes the brass back which to me over time would weaken it faster.
