Well, don't buy any of the sub 200 ones. That's part of the problem to me with the drill press.

There is a bit of play in it, even after shimming it up, still enough to cause hassle.

Precision tools cost big $$$ tools like that will yield mediocre results. Lots of chatter will be present.

Anyone want to buy an 80% lower and jig set?

I bought the universal jig from www.80percent.com only to find it won't fit the lower I already have. So now I am ordering one of their lowers to mill out.

That leaves me with a lower and jig unused. Hell as of right now the first jig hasn't been out of the package.

I can say this though. This jig set from the guys at 80percent is built like a tank.

80percent's lower jig. Damn thing weighs 3 pounds or so.


That lower won't fit their jig so I bought of theirs that would.

I know. Too bad it wouldn't work on the bullet lower I already have. I would have been in the garage cutting it up last night. Even my wife said it looked like a quality piece.
