What the fuck is that thing?

It is a buddies M1 SOCOM in a Sage stock. Near identical to the US Army's EBR built on the M14 platform. With just iron sights (Eotech was dead) we were hitting the steel plates out to 250+ at the Sandpit yesterday. Good times.
