Bushmaster lower and Eotech I had sitting in the safe. Picked up the Rock River upper & kit used with about 30rnds fired through it. I have less than $1000 in it with optic. Just wanted a 9mm to mess with. Still have 5 lowers without uppers to build or buy uppers for. I'm thinking 5.7 for my next one to go with my PS90's.Originally posted by 5.0_CJ View PostPrice, components, and purpose all play a part.

Just like any other hobby man. I have a Cobra in my garage that I enjoy working on even if it never runs. Guns are a little different cause I want to run them though. It is always a good feeling to build a rifle from a pile of parts and have it shoot sub moa at 100 the first 5 rounds down the tube. Yes I can order an LWRC etc but the build is part of the fun. My pops has a bunch of OTS ARs, a LWRC REPR, 3 POFs, etc.Originally posted by fbodyjohnny View Postok,, honestly guys i dont get it... most of these AR's i see in here that are boasted about how they were built,, bought them piece by piece, put them together piece by piece, this that and the other but i could easily hit up DPMS, rock river, LWRC, Stag, Larue tactical, and have one shipped to me just like the way yall build them... so i dont get it unless its just the pride thing of yea this gun here i built it.Fuck you. well, nothing like what you guys have here, but I got it cheap and it's supposedly a rare piece since only a few had the engraving on the slide and it was only issued for one year. Also in great shape considering it was a service issued and heavily used...lol. I've put over 1500 rds through it with no isses whatsoever!
Ex-Milwaukee PD Issued Glock 22
Ghost Trigger
Spring Kit
3 Clips
I got it with 750 rounds of ammo for $500, so almost nothing considering the price of .40

thanks... this one just sits... he "lost" it for a little while (about 9 months) because he put it in his hunting box!... of all the BS stuff he has I'm not sure why he would carry this gun in a hunting box haha..
dad used to own several business in Irving and one night the alarm went off at one of the stores so dad took this gun to check things out... he beat the cops there but when they arrived that told him to drop the gun obviously he wasnt going to drop this one so when he laid it down the cop got PISSED.. luckily he didn't slide it away tha twould have sucked..
may not be the coolest or most expensive gun but i like the look for sure
