Did you post that right? All the houses I'm looking at are 75-100 dollars a sq ft. Are you saying that house is going for less then a dollar a sq ft?Originally posted by Wicked98Snake View PostMy Gf just sold her house in the same area for like .97 a sq ft. and they're getting this house in the .45 sqft price! I think I would be all over it too but they were really freaked out about it.
Hell, my own house is going to go for 78-82 a sq ft.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

We bought our house from an elderly widow. Her husband had passed a year or so prior to when we bought it. Haley made me talk to the neighbors to find out if he died in the house before we made an offer.Originally posted by Vertnut View PostI'll be real honest. my step-mom passed away in her sleep, and I don't even like walking into that bedroom. Well I live in those apartments on Cimarron trail accross from Tom Landry elementry, and they're in the apartment next door, but the house they're looking at is in Roanoak.Originally posted by bcoop View PostAl, where are they looking? I know where you are currently, is it in the same area? On Cimarron perhaps? If so, I know of the murder you're talking about and a teenage boy killed his entire family. I'd definitely stay the fuck away from that house...Originally posted by Nash B.Damn, man. Sorry to hear that. If it'll cheer you up, Geor swallows. Also, from what I understand, once you have the knowledge of someone dying in that house, you MUST disclose it to potential buyers. So you'll always have a hard time selling it.
this....they HAVE to disclose it so they should double check to make sure the story is true. maybe she got murdered, but not IN the house?

Christians are taught to stay away from the belief of superstition and omens because it is a type of fear.
They never get it completely clean. Always some DNA left behind.Originally posted by joes01bullitt View Postwhat difference would it make? kids and no kids?
I wouldn't let my kids know in the first place.
My buddy bought a 09 Chrysler 300 srt8 with 20k that a guy committed suicide in (.45 in the mouth) for about 5k just replaced everything that had blood and what not....
Biggest reason why I wouldn't buy it. I wouldn't want my kids to be subject to being called freaks or whatever.Originally posted by bcoop View Post2 - You can not tell your kids all you want. Gotcha. My sister lives at the dead end of Cimarron, and there is a house a block or so from the end where a kid lost it and killed his sisters and parents IIRC. It's been for sale ever since. I'm really kind of shocked that some Middle Easterners haven't bought it yet. Then again, I don't know the price or anything.Originally posted by Wicked98Snake View PostWell I live in those apartments on Cimarron trail accross from Tom Landry elementry, and they're in the apartment next door, but the house they're looking at is in Roanoak.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Oh I don't know? I thought they said .97 cents per but if 97 dollars per is a normal price that is probably it. I don't know what houses cost we won't be looking for at least a few more years. Regardless it's about 1/2 price of the other houses in the area.Originally posted by ceyko View PostDid you post that right? All the houses I'm looking at are 75-100 dollars a sq ft. Actually, they don't.Originally posted by kpc01 View Postthis....they HAVE to disclose it so they should double check to make sure the story is true. maybe she got murdered, but not IN the house?

Meh, if any of you bastards sell me a house that is haunted by people who died there - I'm going to be pissed!

Actually, I'm wrong. My mom just said homicide must be disclosed. Natural and accidental death not related to the condition of the house do not. I can't find anything in TREC property code that says anything about homicide, though.Originally posted by ceyko View PostInteresting, I was always under the impression otherwise too.
