Justified or not...this dude's life is now totally fucked.
Any idiot with an internet connection can find it:

BTW, I must have missed where you decided to trade the '70 for the Camaro. Nice car.

And he would have been much more justifiable in shooting you than this guy.

Thanks man. I didn't post much about it...I really wasn't ready to part with the Mustang but the deal made too much sense. The Camaro is already torn apart in the garage...I'm working on a healthy 6.0 that I should be test fitting in the next 2 weeks, and also converting to a T56.

25 yards is not very far. Sad story.

I heard a radio interview with the eyewitness who saw it happen, a friend of the golfer. He said the dog approached the guys property and was shot in the leg. The dog ran back to them on the course. The golfer then started to approach the shooter's house and yelled at the guy "If you are going to shoot the dog then you are going to have to shoot me too". Shooter then fired and killed the golfer. Eyewitness said the distance was about 75 feet.

The amazing thing is that the shooter is out on bond. Seems like a clear cut case of murder to me, as someone with a gold club at a distance of 75 feet could not be a real threat.

LOL.. and he might have had his fist all balled up and was a threat from 25 yards away.. that and being 58 years old.

So yeah, gave him all the right in the world to shoot him...I hope this guy gets raped in jail.

What kind of idiot goes screaming after a crazy man with a gun right after that crazy ass has proved he's gonna use it? I mean it's a sad situation here and probably a wrongful shooting...but let's not look past the obvious.

Crazy man? Because he shot a dog? That shit happens all the time. Lol @ "proved he was gonna use it". Not until he shoots a person has he "proved" anything.

Yeah...it happens all the time in the country. Not on a golf course you dip shit. Do me a favor and go shouting into the yard of someone wielding a gun right after he shot a pet so I don't have to respond to your stupid shit.

Dip shit? You are pretty easily upset, like an insecure little girl. I've shouted over a distance at someone shooting at a dog/other animal before and seen it done by others many times. Do me a favor and go fuck yourself with a .22, you piece of shit.
