Can't you buy an Asian kid or several African kids for 10k? I had the full boogie procedure, tube cut with section removed, knotted, clamped, and cauterized. I think the Dr even tucked the remaining tube under some tissue to further decrease the chance of failure.

I'll be around 48 when my kids are out of the house and can't imagine wanting to derail that.
