I haven't really had any kind of party since last Halloween. Just small things with regulars, and the occasional swinger parties that remind me of the days before the treehouse incident.
Speaking of which, I still can't walk 100% normal yet
I am actually probably one of the most laid back people you could know. Before I was a cop I didn't even like to be around illegal activity. It almost got me in trouble when I was 16 and my friends were idiots. If I am at a friends house I am not going to run around telling people they can't do this or that lol. I could care less. But if drugs are brought out or anything like that I am gone. Wouldn't get in the middle of it or anything. But won't be around it. Not worth it at all.
I've seen far more aggression from women drivers whether it be against me or just general assholish driving.
Way to get back on point! And I agree.
I had my 98 GT at the time, so I'm guessing this is around mid 2000 or thereabouts.
My woman and I were heading back from Paris after a day with my parents. Coming down 121 from Trenton to Mckinney I get stuck behind some asshole swerving all over the road. This dude was literally going from shoulder to shoulder (2 lane but with full shoulders) and varying speed from 40-110. He was in a 1/2 ton 4x4 Dodge. I kept my distance and in the meantime, some stupid broad (no context) in a minivan keeps trying to shoot past me.
She is on my ass, trying to pass me on the shoulder, the opposite lane, etc, apparently with absolutely no sight past the front of me. My chica calls 911 and while on the phone with dispatch is asked "are you in a yellow mustang?" Apparently, this dumb bitch called the police to tell her I was fucking up traffic.
Cops are deployed. Multiples being the keyword and my call is transferred to a responding officer so he has my side of the story prior to arrival (including my dl #, plate #, and plate numbers of the truck, minivan and anyone else within eyeshot). Cop pulls behind the truck, and one behind the minivan. I pulled over because the trooper asked me to on the phone.
The dude in the truck blew a .18 and was going up. This fucking guy actually pulled a beer out after the cop threw his keys into the ditch, dropped the tailgate and started hammering down. The lady in the minivan was screaming at me, out of her car before the cop and telling me how much deep shit I was in. The cop that was behind her unloaded on her. While yelling at her he asked her how she had survived childhood with such a lack of intelligence.
Truck guy was arrested, vehicle towed and not sure what happened the chick in the minivan, but I got a 'thank you for protecting me and my kids' through tears. She just complicated the entire situation and I can promise had I let her pass the call to the cops would have been a lot different.
Ahhhh that little piece of skin that surrounds the vagina..

Then it all works out perfectly, doesn't it? I also only invite people who can spell "parties".
If that's what you think I'm thinking, you're mistaken.
You are mistaken again. I have plenty of friends who were friends before they were cops, and the badge hasn't affected that. I do what I can to keep it out of their face (and not just them, but others who wouldn't normally like to be around it), but ultimately, they know it's around and they don't give it a second thought.
With the exception of fighting or disrespect to my home or guests, no one but me (or my girl, or my roommate) regulates anything at my house. If any of my friends (cop or not) sees something that needs to be addressed, they will come get me and I take care of it myself.
My parties aside, there are plenty of cops who don't give a shit about a little pot. Oh noez!
Lol Good one on the parties. Had just woke up . I like how you put your parties aside, there are plenty of cops who don't care about a little pot. Haha Sounds like we know everything we need to know that goes on at your parties. I don't care about pot..... Just don't do it infront of me, I like my job and plan to keep it thank you. You are one up tight dude... You honestly seem alot like my brother, who btw is also a pothead.
Oh noes no invite to your cool party? Damn haha. I am 25 years old and even I am in the stage where partys are lame and childish. Of course that is my opinion. If I do anything, might go to friends and watch a game or go to a Dallas Mavs or stars games. I went to partys from the age of 15 till 22. Got it out of my system young. I don't drink anymore ( Health nut now) so it would be a waste of time.

However, even if your friends that aren't "24hr cops" see something go down that shouldn't, most likely they will do something or say something also. No one is party police, but you aren't going to stand there and let someone hit a joint infront of you.

He was being facetious trying to twist another internet beat to death joke and use it here. It backfired on him because it was so weak, which made it funny, just not the way he wanted it to. lol.
Just because you deem the joke not funny, doesn't mean it failed. Afterall, it is a joke about you.
But really, it is just an online joke, don't take it serious.

Exactly why the types who are "officers 24 hours a day" don't get invited to any of my parties. There are usually several cops there, but only the ones who are normal people, cool guys, and good friends 24/7, and leave the cop mentality behind when they come over.
Then again, it's not like we're cooking up crack or raping children at these parties, either.
