Dr. Michael Muncy in Las Colinas. Office name is Elite Orthopedics. He has operated on my family members and I trust him. Great guy...I work with him on a weekly bases at work. I would pick him over his business partner Dr. Stephens. I dont have his office number but I can get it when I go to work tonight, only have his cell.

Thanks, but LC is too far. Apparently my wife has to go within a 30 mile radius. It's a workers comp issue.
