To be fair, from a service side, it's difficult to keep up with a large group, where everyone is wandering from different table to different table like that. Incredibly difficult.

That's why I had my tab at the bar. Grat was added due to group size. Waiters usually get screwed when it's like that, and everyone on seperate tabs. I have done the same thing, back when I used to wait tables.

yeah, I can understand the grat, but his sitting there holding my food and watching the game was a little excessive. I am a VERY understanding bar guest and do not get bothered by much.... I sat at the same table from the time I arrived til I left. He never asked if my food was correct, it wasn't, he brought me the wrong drink 3 times, etc etc etc I stand by my original statement..... worst service I've ever had.

On a more positive side, all the food I ordered was great and my steak was AWESOME. Also the drinks were cheap. I didn't even spend $100 and there were 2 of us on that tab. I really liked that place, just not the service.

I can't believe an adult in the real world would actually thinks "size" has so much to do with winning a fight. That's asinine, is this still grade school...? By the way "size" <> height as these are very different. Arm length may give an advantage when standing up and at a distance, but a shorter guy (especially with power) will regain that advantage inside that range. A shorter guy typically has an advantage on the ground and in grappling instances too. Scrappy guys don't have as much power, but are quicker. Muscleheads have more power, but are slower... With a little common sense you should get the picture. I've been in/seen instances where scrappy guys have whipped muscleheads, short guys whipped tall guys, as well as the reverse of both those.

My last fight, I whipped a buddy's ass that was half drunk and being a complete ass, who I can't recall ever seeing lose a fight (of which he had MANY). He's one of the scrappiest/craziest mofo's I've ever known and about 6" taller than me. After a night of babysitting his ass, he threw a perfectly good cheesburger at my face and it was on! He charged me, I got inside his reach, powered him to the ground, pinned/pummeled him and it was over in a couple of minutes. I'm not sure if it would happen that way next time, but the vid of JKD vs SEB just goes to show you never know and looks can be deceiving.

Hell I used to make it a point to go for the biggest/baddest/cockiest mofo I could when I was younger, which a lot of the times they were the easiest to take out (sometimes they weren't though lol). I was a lot crazier and benching 2x my weight then too though. The majority of it boils down to skill/training, the plain scenario and psychological demeanor... A person's mentality has a lot to do with it and if you can instill a seed of doubt, that will give you a big advantage.

BTW, Happy B-day guys/gal... The wife and I need to go to more GTG's, outside of those at Lyn/Rob's... Glad to see Steve and Brent apparently kissed and made up.

That I can agree with. I had no idea any of that happened. Sucks man, sorry about that.

The food is pretty great. Sorry again about the asshat. He's waited on us before, with no issues. But, I can certainly see why you are frustrated.

It was the 3 extra beers on my tab I didn't like, well that and someone's nachos. Like I'm not going to notice $23 extra on my tab! I bitched and he "fixed" it but it still wasn't right, my food was deleted but the nachos were still on it. I owe someone the $2 difference.

I've had worse service before and at least it seemed like he was trying and cared a little. Obviously he wasn't used to waiting on a big group and their layout is pretty crazy. I'd be willing to go back but they really needed to put us all in the same area or have a couple of dedicated members of the wait staff for our group.

I'll take the blame for that. We were going to put tables together, but it would have been a long ass line of tables, and Leah and I thought it would be best to just leave room between them, so everyone would get a chance to talk to everyone else, rather than only being able to talk to those sitting on either side of them.

A lot of people were going outside to smoke, so I think you guys made the right call - leaving them seperated. They did have a nice patio area.
