I was being sarcastic All they have to say is they heard it, which means they are going to start magically hearing all toilets from OUTSIDE peoples homes. Unless you're outside my bathroom window in my back yard, there's no way anyone could hear me flushing my commode. Outside my front door, you can't hear SHIT inside the house unless someone speaks to you from the other side of the front door.

She wasn't doing anything wrong. Police had the wrong house and busted in without IDing themselves and wearing plainclothes. She shot once at what she thought was an intruder and they shot back 39 times. A few of which shot other cops. Then they planted drugs and made phone calls for a coverup since they were wrong and had just murdered this old lady.

But, it's cool, the cops were justified since she obviously was a danger to society and shot at cops.

Actually, my question was rhetorical, but you've cleared it up. It's clear to me now. They had to break in because she was a hardened criminal and liked to shoot cops. ;-). In that case, I've changed my mind. Now, I'm all for them going in without a warrant so that can stop menacing grandmas.
