I've been searched for probable cause because the sack of shit cop said he smelled weed. In the end his excuse was that was the dryer sheets in my trunk must have been what made it smell like that. Bullshit.

I do have a problem with a cop ripping apart my car, while telling me not to watch. He sure as he'll didn't clean up the mess he made emptying the contents of every container I had into my car...backpack, glove box, etc. I had to stand on the side of the road freezing my ass off because some prick wanted to flex his power.

Happened to my parents neighbor about 7 years ago. Cops were chasing some guy, saw him run into a house and ended up almost shooting my neighbors dog and the neighbor. Then the city wouldn't pay for his damaged property. He wasn't the one being chased nor was the perp in his house.

That's how they get you. None of us have been in this situation, but this little step is just one of many little steps that it takes to hide the big step that the gov't is taking towards removal of what little freedoms we have.
