The was a cop in Arlington back in the 90s that would come to the parking lot we were all gathered in before street racing down the 287 access road named Officer Pugh. He would give us a speech about how we better not let him catch us being stupid in his No Stupid Zone. He would then tell us exactly the cross streets we could go be dumbasses in outside his territory(not literally, but it was implied when he told us where his area stretched). He was cool as shit.
