Still mourning the loss of my last buddy, who I lost after complications from being spayed. Kids are dying for another, and I think I'm ready. I know, I know... Get a rescue.... Not really looking for a rescue. My last pup was an accidental hookup between a friend's dog and his mother in law's dog. but it turns out this is a hybrid breed. She was a bulloxer, which is a mix of American bulldog/boxer. I'm really only interested in this specific hybrid. Problem is, only breeders I have been able to find have been in Wisconsin or VA, and I don't want to ship or buy over the internet. Does anyone know anyone local where I might be able to find these locally? TIA

Not interested in a put bull. Don't want the hassle of the stupid public that comes along with owning a pit.Originally posted by mstng86 View PostHave you drove around Pleasant Grove lately?Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Rat terriers are great, but won't fill the role I'm looking for in a dog.Originally posted by Yale View PostRat Terriers. Surprisingly no, good food goes a long way. 50lbs lasts a month, between two mastiff sized dogs and a healer.Originally posted by DON SVO View PostYeah, but scooby eats like a family of four.

Mastiffs are also about 3x what I want to spend. Bulloxers can be had for $3-500, and are perfect for what I want. That kind of size (mastiff)is a concern too, with a 3 year old. I know it wouldn't be intentional, but a mastiff gets excited and runs her over, it's a broken bone or two. It's also important that my 10 yr old be able to walk it with ease. And I like an energetic dog to take on my shorter bike rides.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.
