Or you can just pay it up front ($631). Wait for Austin to get a hold of your guilty plea (when you pay this is a guilty plea) and then they can assess the surcharge to your license ($150-$2000 per yr) up to 5 years and revoke your license. Then you can call your insurance agency, tell them that you need a SR-22 on your policy and pay the extra $20-$40 per month for that service....plus they raise your rates because to the revocation and the violation that caused it....

where would you like to sign??

AND...this will not go on my record....

Call Jim Lollar if you like to verify seeing as most of you on here says this will not happen....

Spoken like a true ass as you assume...I have never been locked up for more than 9hrs on traffic violations.

Think what you like, say what you want but the only one who should have remained quiet is the one who is not in my shoes...and yet they are assuming and judging...

Just because you go to jail does not turn you into a homo. Most inmates rub it out in the shower or toilet stall in the commons area FYI

My memory is absolute shit and I've never forgotten about a ticket. Then again, I'm not a big fan of prison rape. Admit it, prison rape is the reason why you "forgot," isn't it?

Lou Lou is not State prison and I did not see any "prison rape" happening in the COUNTY JAIL (not prison)

There is really no excuse you can give the court for having no license... Second its not up to your lawyer if you are going to get deferred. It is up to the judge. I am willing to bet since you say on the ticket for so long you will be paying the 631+. Lawyer or not.

I have been told today that you can get deffered on a DWLI. Austin finds out about this one (guilty conviction or no contest) then they will stick it to you more than they are now.

You see there will be no surcharges as that is why I have the attorney (keeping this off my record). Second, this will take 4-6 months to clear up. While that is happening I can petition/appeal to Dallas county to refund the bond to me as this is now in Arlington Courts. I take that $631 and subtract $50 for my attorney cost and get differed adjudication in which I will end up paying roughly $230 in fees which saves me 351.00....

so yeah, the 631 does not look so good

Thanks for all of the help guys
