Anniversary is Sat. where is a nicer sushi place to eat?

Taking the wife out Saturday night for our anniversary. She wants to go to a more upscale sushi restaurant near Ft Worth or Arlington. We usually go to Sushi Blue on W. 7th which is awesome but she wants to go somewhere different. Any suggestions?

MK's is our staple, except we go to the one off of Central and 183 in Bedford. They aren't upscale, though.

The new place in highland village has some really exotic rolls and dishes, I think its called fogo or fugu or something.

I recently tried sashimi for the first time and loved it. I was always too scared to eat a lump of raw meet but it's actually really good when prepared correctly.

And of course all the rolls are delicious, but not good for the dieting.
