The whole situation and the headlines would have been much greater if he had hit someone. We both know this. I suppose technically he really couldn't haven been more fucked but if he had injured someone else or killed somebody he would be remembered in a completely different way. So yes he could have been more fucked.

You were called out because you said "He looks pretty intoxicated. What a dumb ass. Good thing he didn't kill anybody if he was driving otherwise that picture would have fucked him. " implying that he could be worse off if he took someone innocent out with him.

There is really nothing more that can be done to him regardless what he fucked up/who he killed. He could have taken out a school bus full of nun's and other than the good Lord's judgement he would not be any more fucked.
