You live in greenville right? there are several grocery stores there and a walmart according to google. you can print out manufacturer coupons online.

I have 2 meals a day... even if that. It consists of a small green salad and vinagar dressing... and a piece of grilled chicken or a piece of fish.

A body only processes what is taken in. There is no way to be overweight unless you are consuming more calories than it takes to sustain a metabolism.


Trust me, I have been overweight. It's a matter of not taking in much more than you expend.
