That the footage in the link posted in this thread is not enough to conclude that the suspect was hit in the head. It sure looked like it to me, but I agree, that view angle sucks and is inconclusive. Probability is that he was hit in the face. But it isn't exactly fact. Unless his mug shots show a couple welts and a black eye.
