What is parking like down there? Does it suck bad? Is it pay parking? This is lower than most of lower Greenville right?

Parking sucks.

RyanB and I just grabbed the road sodas and will be rolling out shortly.

^^^^This^^^^You cant just park on any street down there. There are certain streets that your vehicle WILL get towed if you park in front of a house. If the parking lot/valet is full... (very small parking lot) one of the valet guys can tell you what street to park on and on what side.

Parking is decent. Lots of folks park in the neighborhood if the lot is full or valet. Valet is free + tip btw.
