It wasn't worth the zero benefit plan, the only payback you got was knowing the site stayed on course.

Your comment was made being an asshole. Yes, I deleted it because you were misconstruing what I had attempted to say. The post was not imflammatory at all yet you had to jump in being an ass.

The "ban warning" is a system that is not being used so it meant nothing. It has been discussed and nothing was made of it. When I hit that "add points" button I was actually laughing, had no clue this asshat would turn it into a "look at me" thread, which is exactly what he did.

I have not said shit about banning him. I am not trying to censor anyone. I'm not letting "mod power" go to my head. It's the internet. So CJ, no need to get your dander up.

We used the hidden mod forum to discuss issues and had a standing rule that no one was banned by the person effected by the member in question's behavior. It was discussed and a non-involved mod/admin took the administrative action if it was decided that action was warranted n

I disagree with your assumption. Skidmark mentioned in one thread that I should consider being a mod. I said I'd be happy to help out. And I believe I also hinted about it in the suggestion thread. This based on the fact that I've either owned, created, or been an Admin/SuperMod on vB sites and have Linux/Unix experience for the past 6 years. Not looking for a power trip, just offering to help out. Being fit for the job would be an understatement. However, either way it's all good. I just enjoy helping people out where and when I have the opportunity to do so.

Just because you have the knowledge to do something doesnt mean that you would be a good fit for the job. The people that should be moderators are the ones that can be objective and dont get involved with the petty disagreements on this board. When you start using your mod-powers to win an argument or punish someone that you disagree with, then it's time to relinquish said powers (by you I mean in general and not you in particular, Tim).
