In all honesty though, ANYONE going from a dual income residence to single income will feel a pinch. ANYONE sharing rent is carrying one another to an extent, since it undoubtedly frees up 50% of their rental expenses for other things.

I'm a fucking broke ass bitch and I get by on single income, so I'm willing to bet he'd be just fine. He just might not be able to rent something as pricey on a single income. Maybe he's spoiled and would rather stick it out with her for a nicer home than have to down grade and move? Hell who knows. One thing you're not going to get him to do is admit wrong doing
