If they made a DTS with the V engine, I'd be all over it. The CTS cars are a little small on the inside.

They make an STS-V, it's a Northstar based engine though. The LS based ones are bullet proof, Northstar not so much.

Yea I will probably talk to him at some point. Not in a hurry. In fact, depending on what I can get a new one for (especially when they start rolling in the 2012 models), we might get a new one.

55k for a used one at say 9% (guessing here) versus 63k for a new one at zero percent , the new one would cost the same in the end be be a better value, IMO.

He's already got it pullied, headers, exhaust and spray on it. It's fuckin fast! Easily in the 6's in the 1/8th.

lol. No, I wasn't saying buy his. He's only had it a few months now. They are very nice cars are really move with a few basic mods. Good luck in your search sir!

My 2011 V is by far my favorite vehicle that I have owned. It is going in for ported blower/snout, pulley, exhaust, CAI, injectors, HE and lowering springs next week. Should be around 580rwhp thru the auto. I paid $68k OTD for it though.

I tried to make that argument too, but you can get rates on used cars in the 3-4% range with good credit. The difference in price is too great to overcome a 4% difference to make it work strictly off the numbers.
