Insurance is the biggest scam I swear. All they do is give you a "refurbished" phone, unless you are eligible for an upgrade, then you have to pay the difference. Its fucking retarded.

Better than paying full price for a new phone. And usually you pay a certain amount for a deductible, then you get the same model phone, but one that isn't fucked up. I know it's a scam for most people, but it does have some advantages.
