No, it is off Woodall Rodgers in Downtown. About a block from The AAC.

I was wondering what that building was when I was in the metroplex last weekend. I think it looks kinda neat.

i've passed by there a couple of times. looks ugly now but i like what the finished product is supposed to look like

There is a mobile of it at the museums in north park... It's going to be awesome on the inside and pretty cool looking outside...
