LOL I am big on filing one the primary aggressor as most are. I had one were the guy took her laptop and slapped her. He then stormed off into the bedroom where she followed him shortly after and knocked the shit out of him. She said no pain so I took him for class C. One of my previous superiors thought that since he had left the room, and she followed him and hit him, she should have been filed on also for class A since he had small mark. I told him negative, had the guy never hit her to begin with, she would not have felt the need to go in there and smack him. Now had she shot him in the face my mind may have changed a bit.
