Headed to OK to see family, teach the kids a little more about country living, and help my Dad get some work done.

Happy to be going, but this will be the first time I've watched an OU game in that house, without my grandfather. So it's a little bittersweet.

Home. The Crown is a lot cheaper, got my own bathroom, kitchen, and the best seat in the house. I can't imagine watching football anywhere else.

true, but there are different chest workouts you can do, mine work the love handle oblique and lower back section, it sounds ghetto but some do it, grab a sledge hammer or axe, and start chopping at a big ass tractor tire or the ground 10 times, 20 seconds of cardio mostly just jumping jacks, then switch to the other side and start chopping again, then work bi's later but its hard as hell afterwards lol
