It was a great station back when it was Z-97, I can remember taking their window sticker in to get a discount on a six flags season pass when I was a kid. KZEW 97.9 was great too, as well as Q-102 102.1. The stations of my youth. Sports radio was just a dream.

I was a P1 but now I'm a fan fan. Greggo formerly of the hard line presently of rage,is greatness and Gavin Dawson and the GeeBag nation is good too. Josh n Elf has merit. New school I can take or leave but the ticket signal sux so bad I jump between the fan, 92.5 whatever they are cslling them selves this month and 100.3 jack fm.

I don't get the fascination with Greggo. He just bumbles and blunders his way through the show. He is OK with sports talk, but not much else.

Gavin is actually really good. He is the best sports guy on the station.

The ticket is, by far, still the best radio station. The FAN is trying so hard to replicate the product but as Rhynes would say "The Ticket can do what all the other stations can do, but those stations cant do what The Ticket can do".

Ticketstock is in Irving this year!!!!

Oh, and put all the shows against each other and The Ticket wins hands down. Yes, including Norm!

Gavin is a young Norm. He is pretty good at breaking things down just as well as Norm does, but without the dorkie feel to it.

every now and then I listen to Mike and Mike, but I like listening to something local cause I want to hear about the traffic early in the morning. I take that back though I like them. Also every now and then I'll listen to New School on 105.3 but I kinda miss jaggar in the mornings.

I dont like them cause they play the same songs constantly all the time, they call backspin or stuff thats back in the day like 4 years ago. Really, back in the day is Outkast or old Ludacris and BIG. That and I dont like their morning shows, they arent funny to me. Also they both rave about Obama and yea I dont care for him. I used to listen to jaggar on 105.3 but not anymore being that he's not on radio anymore I think.

According to his facebook page he'll be starting at 3PM on Monday, looks like he's back to afternoons. He didn't say if it's at the Edge or the Eagle however.
