The person who got the beating he deserved was running for a long time, eventually ran over a cop as he dodged a spike strip.

The cops, while breaking the law beating him, were giving him his karma back after running over someone who was just trying to make the roads safe from maniacs like him.

No shit I was thinking he had to have been a cop killer or something. Either way you make em chase you usually its not going to be a fun ending. If more ass whoppins and executions happened crime would go down i bet

He already paid the price, he was ejected from his car and got knocked the fuck out. He didn't need anything further. Police are not to decide punishment, that's what judges are for.

Guess that is why I would never be on the jury for a case like this. I would say "he ran from the police, he chose to put his life in danger. Not to mention the Police that had to chase him and the general public. If he stopped as soon as he saw flashing lights. This would be a non-issue."

Run = suffer either in jail or hospital then jail
