I'm not an investor (newsflash), but if a stock is worth $0.07 on Monday and it is at $0.13 today and I bought $1000 worth on Monday, that would be good... right? Short term? Should I sell it?

Risk adjusted i doubt you're outperforming shit. You understand what that entity is correct? I would sell it and enjoy the fact that I got lucky.

It is probably very complicated and can't be done. I know the Netflix guys started out by going to Best Buy and buying DVDs and renting them out through the mail. I'm sure there are legal concerns these days and it would be much harder to do.

I read an article about Blockbuster doing the same thing with new to DVD movies in order to fill their Blockbuster Express kiosks with the "28 days sooner" releases.

It's funny to me that some people are supporting Blockbuster. I hate Blockbuster. I also think $8 is a good deal for streaming video considering HBO/Showtime/etc are all like $15-20 a month and a lot of them block you from DVR'ing movies on those stations.
