Risk adjusted i doubt you're outperforming shit. You understand what that entity is correct? I would sell it and enjoy the fact that I got lucky.

I'm not an investor (newsflash), but if a stock is worth $0.07 on Monday and it is at $0.13 today and I bought $1000 worth on Monday, that would be good... right? Short term? Should I sell it?

I read an article about Blockbuster doing the same thing with new to DVD movies in order to fill their Blockbuster Express kiosks with the "28 days sooner" releases.Originally posted by Broncojohnny View PostIt is probably very complicated and can't be done. I know the Netflix guys started out by going to Best Buy and buying DVDs and renting them out through the mail. I'm sure there are legal concerns these days and it would be much harder to do.

The problem is, do they have the ability to offer the service?Originally posted by Broncojohnny View PostNow would be a fantastic time for Cockbuster to come out and announce the exact same business model and pricing that Netflix just did away with. What a kick to the nuts that would be.

Send me your money and I'll send half of it back to you in a year. It will be a better return than this deal.Originally posted by The Geofster View Postlmao $.13/share now, eh? Maybe I'll throw a couple of grand into it.

Bloaq is the liqidating entity, you might as well buy $2k worth of lottery tickets. It's simply an out of the money call, buy that and I'll kick you in the nuts.Originally posted by The Geofster View PostThey used to be BBI when they traded on the NYSE. That's all I knew their ticker symbol as.

It's funny to me that some people are supporting Blockbuster. I hate Blockbuster. I also think $8 is a good deal for streaming video considering HBO/Showtime/etc are all like $15-20 a month and a lot of them block you from DVR'ing movies on those stations.
